Please leave one message only, and include your name, TCA number, phone number, a detailed message, and a convenient time for a return phone call.

• Table-holder, Dealer, and Dealer Helpers badges will be mailed after April 1, 2024.
• Guest badges must be picked up at the door after showing ID.
• If you're not sure your charge was successful, STOP and call the Call Center at 585-683-9333 before submitting a second charge.
• When registering to attend or requesting table and or booth space at this meet, you are agreeing to have read, be familiar with and willing to abide by the rules of the meet, including having your badge visible at ALL times, and (for table-holders) staying until the member halls close at 2:00 pm Saturday and (for dealers) staying until the conclusion of the meet at 3:00 pm Saturday. Sanctions and/or fines will be imposed on those members who do not comply.

Late registrations received prior to the meet date will be processed and set aside for pick-up at the door. Badge pick-up is located just inside the entrance to the Silver Hall.
